Titan Enterprises’ range of Oval Gear flow meters provide accurate flow metering of lubrication fluids & non-lubricating liquids. Unlike other flow meters, measurement accuracy using oval gear meters actually improves as the liquid viscosity increases, from a nominal 1% to around 0.1% of flow rate at higher viscosities on certain models.

Available as standard with stainless steel or aluminium bodies, Titan OG flow meters are bidirectional and available in sizes from 1/4 to 2-inches (6 to 50 mm), for flows between 1ml/min and 500l/min. For applications involving measurement of corrosive or caustic lubrication fluids, Titan supply corrosion-resistant models of the OG flow meter range integrating completely non-metallic wetted components (ceramic, PEEK™ and a choice of elastomer).

Over recent years, Titan Enterprises has expanded its OG flow meter range into special applications, designing and manufacturing optimised OEM versions of OG flow meters, for use at elevated temperatures (200°C) or high pressure (up to 1000Bar). Oval gear meter variants are also available which are certified for use within hazardous areas.

The standard inlet and outlet options for all Titan OG flow meters are BSP or NPT, though alternative versions are available for OEM applciations with flanges and male threads.

The electronic pulse output signal from each oval gear flow sensor is transmitted via electronic pulses or contact closure.

Each OG flow meter supplied by Titan Enterprises is individually flow calibrated and supplied with a traceable flow test certificate.
